Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day return period from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@offgridsupply.co.uk. Returns must be authorised before being sent back.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@offgridsupply.co.uk so that we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Non Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Gift cards
• Custom made or special order products
• Hazardous materials or regulated goods
• Sale items where stated at the time of purchase

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item once approved and place a new order separately.

EU 14 Day Cooling Off Period

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase within 10 business days.
